Customer-Focused Role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Contact Centre Advisor to join our team at Toyota Leeds. This is a customer-focused role, involving dealing with valued customers and liaising with our dealerships to resolve any issues.

About the Role

This full-time permanent position involves working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Parts Contact Centre Advisor, you will receive inbound calls on behalf of our 10 Parts Departments across the group, focusing on inbound Trade Sales with a small element of retail customers. Your responsibilities include providing pricing information, ordering required parts for delivery to customers' local Vantage centres, and agreeing payment and delivery schedules with Trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs to guide them towards the product they require.
  • Have gained experience in stock ordering in a similar role.
