Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Care Assistant with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, supporting a young female service user with complex care needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will be responsible for providing individualized care, promoting independence, and engaging in activities that enhance the service user's quality of life. A minimum of 6 months of professional UK care experience is required, along with the ability to provide updated Right to Work documents and an original DBS certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional support to the service user, promoting independence and dignity.
  2. Engage in activities that enhance the service user's quality of life, such as personal care, social interactions, and skill-building exercises.
  3. Maintain accurate records, communicate with the care team, and ensure the highest standards of care are met.
  4. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional UK care experience.
  • The ability to provide updated Right to Work documents and an original DBS certificate.
