Independent Agronomist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Independent Agronomist, working with combinable and maize farms across Dorset, Somerset, and Devon. As a key member of our agronomy team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to our clients, helping them to optimize their crop yields and improve their farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct crop walks and provide technical advice to clients
  • Develop and implement crop management plans to maximize yields and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with farming businesses to identify opportunities for cross-pollination between our agronomy and farming businesses
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an agronomist or in a related field
