Procurement Manager Job Description

**Job Summary**

Adecco is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing and supply chain capabilities in a dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, negotiate contracts, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement strategies aligned with organisational goals, meet cost savings targets, negotiate supply agreements, and optimise inventory.
* Identify and mitigate procurement risks, manage vulnerability assessments, and maintain an ethical supply chain.
* Motivate and performance manage the procurement team, chair meetings, and attend management sessions.

**Requirements**

* Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
* Experience as a Procurement Manager.
