Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Media Coordinator with expertise in YouTube management to join our team at Fill Recruitment.

About the Role:

This is a three-month fixed-term contract position, commencing as soon as possible, with potential to become permanent after three months. The successful candidate will be based in West London and work on a hybrid basis.

The Company:

Our client is a renowned global entertainment brand with a presence in almost every home and heart. They are looking for a skilled Digital Media Coordinator to manage their UK YouTube channel and coordinate the end-to-end process of content creation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and goals
  • Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely uploads and consistency in messaging and tone
  • Coordinate with internal teams around asset coordination and content sourcing
  • Work closely with the legal team on copyright compliance
  • Oversee the scheduling, publishing, and optimization of video content
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing YouTube channels for an entertainment brand or digital media company
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube's algorithms, trends, copyright policies, and best practices for video content
  • Experience coordinating with creative teams and managing content from ideation to publication
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table while understanding brand guidelines and platform best practices
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in managing content workflows and clearance processes
  • Proactive and adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing priorities

Salary: Up to £40,000 pro rata for a three-month fixed-term contract.
