We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at RIBBONS AND REEVES in Newham, East London. This role is perfect for graduates or experienced individuals passionate about supporting students with special educational needs.
Job Description- Provide tailored support to students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons that are accessible to students with SEN, ensuring they are fully included in the classroom experience.
- Assist with classroom management, contributing to a calm, positive, and productive learning environment.
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong passion for working with students with additional needs, along with the empathy and patience to support their personal and academic development. Prior experience in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
