About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Beaumont Select Ltd. As a Category Expert, you will be responsible for managing a niche area of spend and developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement category strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and the wider business
  • Identify opportunities to build and develop the category area, and use influencing skills to become the go-to procurement specialist
  • Work closely with the team to ensure the smooth delivery of software to the group's projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in FM procurement, with a strong presence and expertise in the field
  • Ability to influence at high levels, including global C-suite
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and articulate and communicate this to senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
