Youth Education Specialist and Docent

Job Description
We are seeking a Youth Education Specialist and Docent to join our team at Messiah College. This role will work closely with educators and curators to develop and implement educational programs for children, providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the Role
- Develop and implement educational programs for children, including museum tours, workshops, and camps
- Collaborate with curators and educators to create engaging and interactive exhibits and programs
- Work with school groups and families to provide educational services and support
- Provide excellent customer service to students, families, and colleagues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or related field
- Minimum three years of experience working with children in an educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Messiah College offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
