Job Description:

The Traffic Management Operative role involves working on a range of traffic management solutions in temporary environments for various projects on both motorways and high-speed dual carriageways. You will be accountable for installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management equipment while ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of yourself and your teammates.

You will work in partnership with your teammates to meet and maintain high-quality work plans, respond to and deal with any problems that may arise during daily operations, and make sure your work is carried out safely. As an ambassador representing HW Martin Holdings and our clients, you will be aware of and proud to carry out your role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clean driving license
  • Free from drugs and alcohol
  • Good time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently
