We are seeking a highly skilled Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to join our team at Charity Horizons. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in securing significant income for our clients, including North West Air Ambulance Charity.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise Income: Develop and implement strategies to secure high value trusts and foundations funding, delivering the 5-year growth strategy.
- Research and Identify Funding Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to identify potential funding sources, based on a sound knowledge and understanding of funding requirements.
- Manage Applications and Relationships: Implement processes to effectively manage applications, reports, and relationships with funders, ensuring income is spent in compliance with funders' terms and conditions.
- Exceptional Communication and Relationship Building Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with funders, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Proven Track Record of Successful Fundraising: Demonstrate a proven track record of securing significant income, including six-figure gifts, from trusts and foundations.
- Creative Flair and Writing Skills: Develop compelling applications for funding, showcasing the impact and value of our clients' work.
- Ability to Manage a Diverse Workload: Prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and work to tight deadlines under pressure.
