The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technician to join our team in Suffolk. As a Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to the highest standards. This will involve carrying out preventative maintenance, undertaking general building maintenance, and participating in a positive and friendly team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventative maintenance of all bowling equipment and lanes to ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.
  • Undertake general building maintenance as instructed by the site management team.
  • Action repairs in a timely fashion to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in a positive and friendly team atmosphere, supporting and encouraging colleagues to achieve their best.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work efficiently and effectively, showing initiative and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Full of determination, enthusiasm, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A nothing is too much trouble attitude.
  • Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills.
  • Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required).
  • Be approachable and helpful.
  • Be organized and able to multi-task.
  • A strong team player.
  • An eye for detail.
  • No experience needed, just willingness to learn about bowling machinery.
  • An interest in all things technical/mechanic.
