About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IPAF/PASMA Instructor to join our team at AFI Group of Companies. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for IPAF and PASMA operators, ensuring that all delegates meet the required standards.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy training environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records of training sessions, including delegate attendance and completion of training materials.
  • Training Area Preparation: Ensure that all training areas are properly prepared and set up for delegates, including both indoor and outdoor locations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an IPAF/PASMA Instructor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
