About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our London-based team. As a key member of our architecture studio, you will be responsible for leading project teams in delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have post-part three experience of designing and delivering complex, highly technical projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for all stages of the design process from feasibility to handover, with a focus on technically complex facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment
  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of the Project Director
  • Participate in new business development activities
  • Lead design development, reviewing & presenting using drawings, physical & virtual models
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes private medical insurance, life assurance, accident insurance, and income protection cover.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An architectural qualification with post-part three experience
  • Experience of designing and delivering complex, highly technical projects
  • Expertise in client-facing activities, including business development
  • Background in working in a BIM environment
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with strong graphic communication skills
