Senior Engineering Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Concept Projects Group. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple strategic projects across the automation, engineering, and construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple complex multidisciplinary projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Take ownership of active risk management and mitigation planning, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct assessments to provide clients with innovative ideas and engineering improvements, collaborating with client teams to gather information for project development.
  • Develop detailed project plans with projected outcomes and contingency planning, ensuring delivery of outcomes to regulatory standards and adhering to best practices.
  • Coordinate work, ensuring alignment with other client members, project team members, and key stakeholders, and ensuring projects adhere to timelines and budgets.
  • Project reporting, controlling change requests affecting project deliverables as necessary, and ensuring projects deliver the expected outcomes and benefits.
  • Execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes, and advising on design, technical, and procurement issues.

Requirements:

  • Preferably educated to degree level in an engineering setting or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT skills, with IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (preferable).
