Specialist Psychotherapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Psychotherapist to join our team at South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychotherapy and experience working with complex and high-risk young people. As a Specialist Psychotherapist, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment and treatment of children and young people with mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide specialist assessment and treatment of children and young people with mental health difficulties.
• To deliver DBT and adjunctive therapy groups, monitoring outcomes and modifying interventions accordingly.
• To provide care-coordination and attend and contribute to Team Meetings.

Requirements:
* A strong background in psychotherapy
* Experience working with complex and high-risk young people
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
