This is an exciting opportunity for an Operational Fundraising Director to join our Fundraising team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the implementation and management of Sue Ryder's world-class fundraising operations model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage fundraising operations, including developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing budgets and financial reporting, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver fundraising projects.
  • Manage the wider team's prioritisation process and ensure information is available for periodic reviews.
  • Oversee the implementation of new fundraising initiatives and projects, and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
