About the Role

New Resource Group is looking for a Client Relationship Executive to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving business growth through exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client-facing roles and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, tracking client interactions and sales performance.
  • Assist in developing targeted promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Represent the company at networking events and conferences, as required.

  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated, with a strong desire to drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
