About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repair work on our properties and related assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend properties where repair issues have been reported or identified, determine the appropriate remedial works necessary, complete as required and convey this information to the coordinating team.
  2. Carry out electrical PPM (pre-planned maintenance), reactive repairs, remedial works, small installations, testing of existing installations, fault finding, diagnostic work, and completion of relevant electrical certificates.
  3. Testing, inspecting and certification of all works in accordance with NICEIC regulations.

Requirements:

  • A qualified electrician with 18th Edition Wiring, Inspect & Test (2391) qualification.
  • Previous experience of carrying out maintenance or repair works in a building maintenance environment.
  • Ability to diagnose the cause of defects and determine the most cost-effective solution.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What We Offer:

An estimated salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career development.
