As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff and working in partnership with colleagues and senior management to ensure the provision of a high-quality service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes

* Ensure individual needs and organisational priorities are met
* Have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be working towards this
