About the Role

Join our Audit team at Grant Thornton and embark on a 12-month placement programme that will challenge and develop your skills. As a placement student, you'll work closely with our experienced auditors to gain hands-on experience in the different aspects of audit, including examining financial records, carrying out audit tests, and attending stock-takes.

What You'll Do

  • Gain hands-on experience in audit, working with a variety of clients
  • Take ownership of interesting and challenging client work from early in your career
  • Develop a strong internal and external network to learn from
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide robust challenge and market-leading insights to help clients meet their regulatory needs and business objectives
  • Travel to client offices, subject to restrictions
  • Participate in on-the-job learning and structured training
