We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor to support our client in Rochester. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will work closely with the Health, Safety and Environment Manager to drive the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental program.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safety, health, and environmental improvement activities
- Provide competent advice and coaching in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Conduct workplace audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Relevant degree qualification or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- IOSH qualification
- Experience in a similar manufacturing/FMCG environment
