ASOS is a leading online fashion retailer seeking an experienced Garment Technology Lead to join our Technical team.

In this role, you'll lead the development and implementation of strategies that drive quality, innovation, and efficiency across our womenswear products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIES TO DRIVE QUALITY, INNOVATION, AND EFFICIENCY ACROSS OUR WOMENSWEAR PRODUCTS.
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH OUR HEAD OF TECHNICAL AND OTHER TEAMS TO ENSURE OUR GARMENTS MEET THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS.
  • MANAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROCESSES AND PIONEERING/INDUSTRY-LEADING TECHNOLOGIES TO SUPPORT CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN QUALITY, SPEED TO MARKET, AND PRODUCT INNOVATION.

You'll be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, so it's essential you have strong technical experience, combined with great organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize a busy workload.

We're offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including employee discount, ASOS Develops, employee sample sales, and more.
