HR Business Partner Role

Position: HR Business Partner

Location: Deeside, Flintshire

Job Type: Permanent

Omega, a global leader in the aerospace and defence industry, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in executing the company's HR strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, change management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven people solutions using HR metrics to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and flexibility.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure the organization has the necessary workforce with the capability to deliver core services while managing labor costs and developing future bench strength.
  • Provide support or deliver training on various HR topics, including interviewing, coaching, and career development.
  • Conduct recruiting processes, including interviews and selection, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and monitor career paths and champion performance and development processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and proven progressive experience in an operations environment.
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of HR/people systems.
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of governmental regulations and laws that impact the employment relationship.
  • Experience working in an industrial company, specifically aerospace and defence, is highly preferred.
