About the Role:

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and undertaking all Mechanical works, supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors, and assessing the quality of work delivered by the client's labor and its sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting to and working with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Supervising and undertaking all Mechanical works, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  3. Supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion.
  4. Assessing the quality of work delivered by the client's labor and its sub-contractors, and assisting the quality manager with QA sign-offs.
  5. Attending daily meetings with the management and other trades to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  6. Managing productivity and pushing the project towards the completion date, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
  2. Previous experience in industrial and commercial building services, with a strong background in mechanical trade or engineering.
  3. 10 years' experience working for Mechanical Contractors, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  4. Experience in commercial and residential projects, with a strong understanding of building services and mechanical systems.
