About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Dealer to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting liquidity analysis and forecasting to ensure financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct liquidity analysis and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
  • Prepare treasury forecast and reports.
  • Stay updated on regulatory issues concerning interest rate risk, market, and liquidity management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealing desks, banks, brokers, and other market participants.
  • Monitor daily risk metrics to ensure alignment with established risk limits.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards set by regulators and the Bank.
  • Follow established risk control procedures to identify, assess, report, mitigate, and monitor risks in daily operations.

Requirements:

  • A background in Treasury (FX, ALM or Dealing).
  • Extensive knowledge of treasury and rates products, FX, MM, Derivatives.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
  • Understanding of market, liquidity and interest rate risks.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and risk management.
