The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

As a Railroad Infrastructure Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks related to railroad track infrastructure, including:

  • Inspecting rail tracks for damage or defects;
  • Repairing and replacing damaged sections of track;
  • Maintaining and upgrading equipment and tools to support track maintenance activities;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A valid driver's license with no restrictions;
  • Ability to pass Track Ground School, GCOR Written Test, Roadway Worker Protection Written Test, Fall Protection Written Test, Maintenance of Way Safety Written Test, and MSHA/OSHA Training and Certification (if required on site);
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions;
  • Flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands.
