About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Coordinator to support the efficient running of our creative studio. As an internal facing role, you will work closely with the Heads of Creative Direction and Director of Studio to manage internal workflows, processes, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate and log resources across pitch and live projects, ensuring all work is registered and deadlines are met.
  • Assist Creative Directors with Smartsheet monitoring, ensuring an even spread of work on both pitch and live projects.
  • Produce reports on wins and losses of briefs, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Arrange and coordinate training for Creative Leads, designers, and videographers as required.
  • Liaise with Creative Directors on a weekly basis to manage workflow and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of production and creative workflows, including experience with Smart Sheets, Excel, Slack, Salesforce, and Google Docs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
