We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Controller to join our team at IPS Group. As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the full credit control function, reporting to the Credit Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
- Process new account applications, including credit checking and financial analysis.
- Monitor and manage credit limits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to resolve payment issues.
- Deal with DD cancellations and returns, ensuring accurate posting to the ledger.
- Provide excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude to ensure successful credit control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business-to-business credit control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in credit insurance policy management.

- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000.
