Job Description:

As a Director of Special Education at Panoramic Associates, you will lead our dedicated and inclusive special education school catering to students across all through years. Our mission is to provide exceptional education and support, fostering a nurturing environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Engagement with parents, carers, and the wider community to build strong relationships
  • Monitoring and evaluating performance of staff and students
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive school ethos

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of special education needs and best practices
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment
  • Relevant educational qualifications and certifications (QTS essential)

Competitive Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
