About the Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Festive Colleague Days assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable retail experience and build your confidence in a customer-facing role.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our stores, focusing on tasks such as:

  1. Serving customers and providing excellent customer service
  2. Stocking shelves and maintaining store standards
  3. Picking orders for home delivery and ensuring accuracy
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a retail environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
What We Offer
  • A minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours (7+)
  • A competitive salary of £9.00-£10.00 per hour, depending on location and experience
