We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Weekend Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at an award-winning independent home interior brand based in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and offering expert advice on our product range to drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our furniture collections, including materials, finishes, dimensions, and design options.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and trends to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- Follow up on existing leads generated through website enquiries and non-complete orders to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
- Respond to incoming online chat and social media messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Listen to customer requirements and recommend solutions to meet their needs, handling objections and challenges to achieve sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-purchase.
- Add new customer leads to the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely entry of information, and proactively follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a clean, well-organised, and visually appealing showroom at all times.
- Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with accurate price information.
In this role, you will work weekends only on Saturday and Sunday, with the option to work just one weekend day. Benefits include:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 with commission of up to £4000 OTE (uncapped).
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays pro rata.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrable experience of building customer relationships through presentations and emphasizing excellence.
- A track record of hitting and exceeding targets and motivating and leading others to do the same.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to use Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Exemplary communication and negotiation skills.
- Superb customer service skills.

- A confident and determined approach.
- Self-motivation with a sales drive and high levels of energy.
- The ability to work on your own initiative.
