Winner Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our team. As an experienced educator, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for students in primary schools across Burton Upon Trent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching and learning, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of success in the classroom is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents/guardians.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students in primary schools across Burton Upon Trent
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge and pedagogical expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
