About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Weston-Super-Mare Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and support colleagues as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
  • Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the store.
  • Develop knowledge of store products and services, providing recommendations and advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
