Job Title: Antenna Research and Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Antenna Research and Development Engineer to join our team at Novocomms Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and developing new mmWave antenna solutions for consumer, commercial electronics, and Access Points.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new mmWave antenna solutions for various applications
  • Collaborate with RF layout engineers to optimize interconnections between antennas and RF front-ends
  • Conduct beam analysis and system analysis to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform antenna measurement and analysis to validate results
  • Support clients with requirements definition, project definition, and project planning
Requirements:
  • BEng/MSc (PhD preferred) degrees or equivalent experience in microwave or mmWave antenna arrays, or antenna-in-packages
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Python
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
