About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Family Health Program Coordinator to join our team in British Forces Cyprus.



Job Summary


This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of families with children aged 0-5 years. As a Family Health Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme and developing health plans in response to identified needs.



Main Responsibilities


Key responsibilities include:



  • Delivering the Healthy Child Programme to families with children aged 0-5 years;
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating health plans in response to identified needs of the individual, family, and community;
  • Participating in health promotion and public health campaigns;
  • Assisting with the delivery of childhood immunisations.


Working Collaborations


You will work closely with various teams, including Community Health Team, Primary Care, Social Care, Education, and welfare agencies, to ensure effective service delivery.



Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • To be a Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor);
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise a caseload effectively;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Commitment to personal and professional development;
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children;
  • A valid driving license and the ability to drive a manual car.
