About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers in the Hinckley area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy packages

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. Overtime is paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. We also offer 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates.
