Key Responsibilities- Provide impartial, pastoral advice to students and prospective students on safeguarding and welfare matters.
- Identify and alleviate safeguarding and welfare barriers to enable students to access education.
- Collaborate with staff and students to provide advice and support on child protection and vulnerable adults.
- Ensure excellent customer care for all learners and internal/external customers.
- Maintain accurate safeguarding records and work closely with support agencies.
- Embed TBCG culture and values in all aspects of the role.
- Ensure the student experience is at the heart of everything we do.
- Effective team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Motivating and developing teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficient in writing formal and informal letters.

- L2 English and maths.
- Level 3 Qualification in a relevant subject.
