As an Educational Support Specialist at Academics LTD, you will have the privilege of working closely with a child who requires additional support, helping them to reach their full potential.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 1:1 basis. In this role, you will provide key support for the class teacher, enabling them to deliver high-quality education to all students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans, tailored to the child's individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and participation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, teachers, and parents.
