About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of financial documents, including Self-Assessment tax returns, Management Accounts, and other related procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare monthly management accounts and compile statutory accounts
  2. Complete Self-Assessment tax returns and submit Limited Company Tax Returns
  3. Reconcile commission statements and perform invoicing and Credit Control activities
  4. Administer long lease properties, preparing accounts and issuing maintenance and ground rent invoices
  5. Analyse and reconcile expenses and receipts, generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the company and advisers
  6. Produce documents/KPIs for regulatory returns and provide treasurer services to local charities
Requirements
  1. Qualified or part-qualified accountant with ACCA/ACA
  2. Experience in dealing with Personal Tax
  3. Highly organized with efficient time management and the ability to prioritize workloads
  4. Computer literate, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  5. Strong attention to detail and previous experience with Xero is preferred
