**Job Description:** Industrial Engineer - Buildings and Systems

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on building services and systems, maintaining and repairing HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems, conducting inspections to identify and address maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on building services and systems
  • Maintain and repair HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in building services and facilities maintenance within industrial settings
  • Multiskilled with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence
