Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Lead Engineer to join our team at KinTec Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our client's site team, you will be responsible for delivering the maintenance and reliability strategy on site.

About the Role:
  • Drive engineering excellence by establishing site standards and safe operating practices.
  • Develop plant maintenance to meet future business and customer needs, enhancing uptime and productivity through proactive engineering and critical spares plans.
  • Implement and monitor effective strategies, processes, and practices to ensure safety and protect employees, contractors, visitors, the site, and the environment.
  • Develop and monitor Site Reliability registers and Asset Care Plans, utilizing site resources and contractors as appropriate.
  • Accountable for the Maintenance Budget and support the preparation and delivery of the Capital Project Plan.
Requirements:
  • Engineering qualification and solid experience leading Maintenance teams in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Experience and understanding of Health & Safety and legal requirements for safe operation on a top tier COMAH site.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Company Car + Pension + Healthcare
