About the Role

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team at a vibrant Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Halton. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your psychology knowledge in a real-world setting, supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist students in overcoming barriers to learning
  • Provide 1:1 support for pupils with diverse learning needs
  • Help develop individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver specialised interventions
Requirements
  • A Psychology degree (or equivalent)
  • A passion for supporting children with SEN
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
  • Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is a plus, but not essential
