Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our pharmacy team and oversee the operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to meet the needs of our patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage and develop the skills of our pharmacy team to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in departmental and hospital-wide education and training initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Current and valid registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacist.
  • Substantial experience in hospital clinical pharmacy, including leadership and management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy department.
