About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Maximus. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our service users, working with a variety of well-known and smaller organizations from charity, third sector, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of service to customers, understanding and supporting their needs, and advising them on a wide range of information, advice, and guidance.
  • Deliver a telephone and multi-channel support service with integrity, professionalism, and adherence to all relevant processes, procedures, and legislation.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded, and that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
  • Provide accurate, meaningful, and consistent information to support our customers, and maintain the Customer Records Management (CRM) system through accurate data input and record keeping.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of delivering a service that provided a supporting role, working as part of a team, and researching, collecting, and recording data evidence.
  • IT literacy with full working knowledge of MS Office Suite and use of windows-based databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making abilities, and the ability to empathize with people at all levels.
  • Emotional resilience and the ability to manage and resolve complaints.
