About the RoleAs a Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall running of a medium-sized nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are met. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork, engaging with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring seamless delivery of care services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.
- Lead a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent care outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including residents, families, and external partners, to promote a positive and inclusive care environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £85,000, including bonus potential (OTE £100,000+), 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and a generous employer pension contribution of 5% of your base salary. You will also enjoy a total reward package valued at £126,030, with additional benefits detailed upon request.
Requirements- Proven experience in a similar role within an elderly nursing home setting.
- Evidence of past CQC inspections, that are good or outstanding.
- Alignment with the values of 'Care From The Heart'.
