Learning Support Educator Position

We are looking for a skilled SEN Teacher to work with us at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and experience working with students with special educational needs. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with SEN, working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent outcomes.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies. They will be able to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), monitor student progress, and adapt their teaching methods accordingly. Our SEN Teachers work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to provide a comprehensive approach to student care.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and achieve exceptional results.
- Stay updated on the latest SEN education developments and apply them effectively in the classroom.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs is essential.
