About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our school as a non-class based Assistant Inclusion Lead, taking a strategic lead on Special Needs. You will work closely with the Leadership Team to provide high-quality provision for all students, particularly those with physical disabilities who are fully integrated throughout the school.
We are looking for an experienced practitioner with highly effective leadership and management skills, who can motivate children and colleagues with excellent interpersonal skills. Your track record of raising children's achievement and experience across the primary age range will be invaluable in this role.
We can offer a well-resourced Inclusion department, supportive professional development, and a dedicated SEN office/meeting room. Our staff are supportive and work with a 'can-do' attitude, and we are committed to inspiring and nurturing lifelong learners in a quality learning environment for all.
About You
- You will have vision, commitment, and the ability to motivate children and colleagues with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly effective leadership and management skills are essential for this role.
- Your evidence of a track record of raising children's achievement will be a key factor in your success.
- Experience as an effective practitioner across the primary age range is required.
