Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an After School Club Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality after school clubs to students aged 4-13, focusing on coding and robotics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and interactive coding and robotics sessions to students.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with our team to design and deliver lesson plans and materials.
  • Provide feedback and support to students, parents, and colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
