Job Title: FTTH Engineer

Event Source Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused FTTH Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing fibre broadband services to residential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install fibre broadband services to residential customers, working at heights up to 15 metres and ensuring all activities are carried out in line with Health and Safety standards.
  • Deliver professional and quality customer service, self-auditing work to ensure it meets all company and client standards.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment at all times, prepared to work in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • A Full UK Driving License is essential due to the field-based nature of the role, candidates must have held this license for 1 year and have a maximum of 6 points.
  • Full training will be provided to the right candidate, however candidates with experience working on the BT Openreach network and hold NRSWA Street Works qualifications are desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and clients, proactive in the resolution of engineering obstacles.
  • Dedication to delivering high levels of customer service, flexibility to undertake work outside of core working hours.
  • Competence in using technology, including devices and apps.
