About the Job:

  • As an Immigration Advice Manager with ILPA - Immigration Law Practitioners' Association Ltd, you will oversee the delivery of immigration advice and casework for refugees and asylum seekers.
  • This critical role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills, as you will guide a team of advisors and manage a complex caseload.
  • You will also develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance checks to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • OISC Level 2 accreditation or higher, with a strong background in delivering regulated immigration advice.
  • Proven experience of managing a team and developing effective workflows and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with vulnerable clients and colleagues alike.

Our Benefits:

  • A highly competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience.
  • A generous pension scheme and 20 days annual leave (pro rata), excluding bank holidays.
  • Regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • The chance to work part-time, 15-30 hours per week, with flexible remote or hybrid working arrangements.
